The following are the terms and conditions for use of codeck ltd.'s website, application, software and services related thereto. these terms govern your access to and use of the website, app, services and the software used in connection thereto. please read them carefully;

1.      The services delivered


The Services are offered to you subject to your acceptance and compliance without any modification of these Terms. Codeck Ltd (herein referred to as “Company”) offers online services that teaches coding languages/computer programming to children via its websites .

If you do not stop or continue using our Site, you are agreeing to only access this Site as intended by Codeck Ltd. You agree not to access or attempt to access our Site in any other means or through any other interfaces unless so authorized.

3.      Accessibility of website

Our aim is to ensure accessibility to the website at all times, however we make no representation of that nature and reserves the right to terminate the website at any time and without notice.  You accept that service interruption may occur in order to allow for website improvements, scheduled maintenance or may also be due to outside factors beyond our control.


4.      Account creation and maintenance


4.1.            In order to use some features of the services, you will need to register and create an account with Codeck. When registering for personal account, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, such as your e-mail address, gender, birth month and year, and the country. You can see the privacy policy for data retention and usage policies.


4.2.            You are responsible for keeping your password secret and your account secure. You are solely responsible for any use of your account, even if your account is used by another person. If any use of your account violates the terms of services, your account may be suspended or deleted.



4.3.            You may not use another person`s account without permission

4.4.            If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secured, in case it has been violated in any way promptly change your password. If you cannot access your account to change the password, please notify us.

5.1.            By using our services, personal information may be required or collected from you in order to provide you with a personalized and fulfilling experience on our website.

6.      Schools Responsibilities


6.1.            For a school, or a representative of a school/teacher wishing to use the Service for the benefit of your students, and you want to allow your students to learn through the website, you have to comply with the following instructions:


6.1.1.      You are responsible to open and maintain the accounts for your students. We strongly recommend not to use your students’ personal information for your own interests.


7.      Parental responsibilities


7.1.            Codeck Ltd requires to obtain clear and verifiable parental consent before receiving personal information from children. Because Codeck Ltd provides the Service to you, for the benefit of your children/students, we rely on you to obtain and provide appropriate consent, if needed, to collect child/student information.

You hereby represent and warrant that you have the full authority and rights to provide such consent to collect information from your students before allowing children/students to access the Service on a website, and that you have provided appropriate


8.      Prices and Payment


8.1.            The prices are specified on the website of the company.

8.2.            The company reserves the right to change prices of the products at any time whether by increase or reduction whenever need arises.

8.3.            The payment should be made before a student starts a lesson and either in cash or using Mobile Money services. 


9.      Accuracy of billing and account information


9.1.            You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and account information for all your purchases made on our website / using our service.


9.2.            You agree to promptly update your account and other related information, including your contact as well as your alternative payment method in case of any changes, so as to ensure smooth completion of your transactions and for us to easily contact you whenever need arises.


10.  Intellectual Property Rights


10.1.        Other than the content you own, under these Terms, we Codeck Ltd own all the intellectual property rights in the designs and materials displayed on our Website.


10.2.        The schools, parents, students and other users are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing and learning on what is contained on this Website.


10.3.        Both parties agree that all intellectual property rights and database rights, whether registered or unregistered, on the Site, information content on the Site and all the website designs, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, software, photos, video, music, source code and software shall remain at all times vested in us.  Use of such material will only be permitted as expressly authorized by us.


10.4.        Any unauthorized use of the material and content of this website is strictly prohibited and you agree not to, or facilitate any third party to, copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content. Failure to comply with this condition will attract heavy legal penalties.

19.1.        Upon the accomplishment of period for student to learn through the website, there shall termination.

We may cease support and/or distribution of the App at any time, or change the content that is available for each type of subscription or access to the Services, without providing any prior notice. We may also permanently or temporarily suspend and deactivate your account and/or your access to use the Service for any reason (without an obligation to provide you with such reason), and you shall not have any claim, demand or assertion towards us.


19.3.        Any violation of these Terms may result, inter alia, in termination of your ability to access and use the Service. Any dispute between the company and any customers arising under or related to these terms and conditions that cannot be settled amicably may be referred to the court with competence jurisdiction.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Rwanda
